Acting
- Rupert does not mind seeing himself on screen, but he thinks his voice was unbearable when he was younger and find it’s strange to see himself younger because it feels a little bit like watching old family videos.

- his memorable moment during Cherrybomb was filming the love scene with Kimberley Nixon. He remembers how awkward it was for them but proud that it turned out so good.

- if he ever would do a film by himself though it would probably be quite surreal, and he says he would cast Bill Murray!

Comedy
- Dan said he doesn’t think Rupert realizes he’s a ‘physical comedy genius’ and that he does it naturally. David Barron said that Rupert is the biggest giggler to which Dan noted that it’s easy to make him laugh and he can’t resist getting a joke in before the take of the scene. Says though that when they’re both in that type of mood, everything becomes funny and that’s his favorite moments.
Costars
- Dan mentioned a rule he and Rupert shared, in that if they have a birthday and aren’t on set for it, they won’t receive a present.
- Dan has also said that Rupert and the twins are very close!
- Dan said that he and Rupert had great fun filming fighting over the book scene in HBP. Any excuse to hit each other on screen is welcomed.
Fame
- Rupert had no idea Harry Potter would be “this big” so it was a bit of a shock to him at first.
- he says that having people come up to him is weird, “surreal” and hard to get used to.
- he says his friends and family treat him “normally” and have helped keep him “grounded” throughout all the films.

- he claims everyone who approaches him are usually really positive and nice about the films, so he does not mind being stopped.
- people often call him Ron – he has gotten used to it now and answers to Ron.
- he used to try several disguises when he went out, but stopped because “it didn’t work.”
- he says he does get recognized sometimes, but it is usually fun and “cool.”
- he thought that fans asking for his autograph was really weird, but he “sort of” got used to it and it seems normal after a while.

Future Plans
- Rupert would like to do more small-budget films or play a character who is ‘evil’.

- he says that he has not really had much experience with stage aside from a couple of school plays but considers doing stage plays “maybe later.”
- he would do any type of film but prefers comedies.
- he would be interested in doing animation and even directing one day!
